forum, but I will send you to the online petition she urged everyone to sign (my signature is #249): happy reading. Not surprisingly, she doesn’t possess anything close to mastery of the language she so yearns to see become legally official.
Here’s a link to her Myspace page if you want to see some more grammatical blunders. Though most of the content isn't surprising, her claim to be a college graduate is.

Shudder. As much for the grammar, as for the thoughts expressed.
It's really sad people are so narrow and ignorant.
Under "Books" on her Myspace page, she didn't actually list any books, but she did say "we need to read more, set a good exaqmple (sic) for our children!" If she actually read something other than tax code, she might be a better speller. Maybe she's a beauty college graduate.
I'm afraid to guess what kind of books she might list. I expect you're right about beauty college!
Both her petition and her Myspace page were difficult to read. I agree with you - for someone so adamant about having the country speak only English, she is a fairly poor example. Then again, if her claim of too much focus on Spanish is accurate, perhaps her studies weren't centered on the English language and therefore she speaks Spanish better than English. I highly doubt it, though...
Very difficult. Instead of monkeys in research centers, we should capture a few of these people and study them for a while. Then develop a vaccine or something ;-)
